An invoice on the day of the win
Agree that a deal is not closed until the invoice is issued. Add that field to the deal record.
Three steps with no cost and no us. Often that alone cuts the losses noticeably.

Once a week one person goes through the unpaid invoices past their due date. Fifteen minutes.
Prepare two texts: a gentle one the day after the due date and a firmer one a week later. With a text ready, writing is easier.
Money gets forgotten because deal data sits in the CRM, payment data sits in the books, and nobody is assigned to match them every day.
The manager closed the deal and moved on. The invoice was never issued, or it was issued, the due date passed and no payment came. The CRM knows about deals, the books know about payments, and only the accountant sees both, when there is time.
A deal was closed as won and the invoice never went out. An invoice went overdue and it came up at reconciliation. Nobody is at fault: the data sits in two places, and only memory matches it.
Press “Show how it works”: five steps, one at a time.
| Situation | Noticed |
|---|---|
| Won, no invoice | at month-end |
| Invoice overdue | at reconciliation, or never |
| Client forgot to pay | when cash runs short |
Deals from your CRM, invoices and payments from your books. Managers and the accountant fill in nothing extra.
Every morning the system reads them again.
| Deal | Status | Amount | Invoice |
|---|---|---|---|
| Client-2, pipe supply | won 07.10 | ₽120,000 | none |
| Client-3, paper | won 01.10 | ₽84,000 | No. 2104, due 05.10, unpaid |
No AI is needed here. Two checks run, the same every time: a deal was won a while ago and has no invoice; an invoice was issued, the due date passed, no payment. You set the time limits.
Each line of the list shows which rule fired.
This is the only place AI is needed: writing the text. It takes the data from the line and writes a calm message in your tone.
The draft sits next to the line. It does not go anywhere by itself.
The owner or accountant gets one short list, the oldest and biggest on top. One decision per line: chase, issue the invoice, or leave it.
Nothing goes to a client without your person. How to treat a long-standing client is your call.
Once you have sent the reminder or issued the invoice, the deal record keeps a note and the date of the next check.
If there is still no payment, the line comes back in the morning list.
| Deal | Done | Check on |
|---|---|---|
| Client-2, pipe supply | invoice issued 19.10 | 26.10 |
| Client-3, paper | reminder sent 19.10 | 26.10 |
Status: sent by a person

Not for the check itself. It is simple rules, and they work the same way every time. AI is used only to draft the polite reminder.
No. Your employee gets the list, decides whom to chase and sends the message.
As one automated process: from ₽250,000, 2–6 weeks.
A cheap bot answers questions, and that is all. We build AI into your work: the enquiry lands in your CRM by itself, gets an owner, and the result shows in your reports. Scope and price are fixed before we start, there is a 30-day warranty after launch, and we stay in touch.
You do. The data, the subscriptions, the accounts and the system itself are in your name. We host nothing and own nothing: we set everything up in your services, under your accounts, and leave. You pay for the subscriptions directly, with no mark-up from us. For the first 30 days after launch, fixes are free. After that, if anything needs fixing or extending, we come back when you ask and reply within one business day.
A client wrote through the website, email or a messenger — and nobody answered.
Every week someone spends half a day merging figures from five spreadsheets into one report.
You bought Bitrix24, but managers keep clients in a notebook and in their heads.
A client is waiting for a call, and the manager forgot or ran out of time.
Staff and clients ask the same things, and the same person always answers.
A commercial proposal is stitched together from three old files over half a day.
Invoices, acts and contracts are checked by eye, and mistakes still slip through.
You sent a proposal, the customer never replied, and it was forgotten.
Suppliers send quotes as PDFs, and a manager retypes them into a spreadsheet by hand.
A client asks for a price, and a manager writes to suppliers one by one and waits days for replies.
An accountant retypes every supplier invoice into 1C: it takes time, and typos creep in.
The website form stopped sending enquiries, and it took a week to find out.
The review is 30 minutes and free. Within 2 working days you get one page: what to automate first and what it costs. If you don't need automation, we'll say so.
